The Mix

Makes one cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces toasted walnut and vanilla bean-infused VHW Port Cask Finished Whisky* 8 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons white cocoa mix
  • 1 tablespoon white Ghirardelli syrup
  • Vanilla bean whipped cream and crushed peppermint to garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat vanilla almond milk with cocoa mix and syrup
  2. Pour 11⁄2 oz. Walnut infused Virginia Highland Malt to mug
  3. Add 6 oz. hot cocoa mix
  4. Top with whipped cream

*To infuse whisky, pour 750 milliliter bottle into a container with 1⁄2 cup lightly toasted walnuts and one vanilla bean and let sit for two or more days.

Notice: If you’re into white chocolate, this drink could be life-changing. After starting with our toasted walnut and vanilla bean-infused Virginia Highland Malt Whisky, we add vanilla almond milk, white Ghirardelli chocolate syrup, and top with house made whipped cream and crushed peppermint to create a true winter weather companion.
