The Mix
Ingredients:
- 2oz Brewers Batch
- 0.5oz Rich Simple Syrup
- 0.5oz bitters
- Cherry Garnish (optional)
Add bitters and syrup to a mixing glass. Swirl the glass to combine. Pack the glass with ice. Pour Brewer's Batch over the ice. Stir gently around the inside of the glass, making little to no noise, for 15-20 turns of the barspoon. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a cherry if desired.
