The Mix

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces VHW Cider Cask Finished Whisky
• 4 ounces Apple Cider
• 3⁄4 ounces Pratt Standard Kola Syrup (contains caffeine)
• 3⁄4 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
• Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Served Cold:

• Combine all ingredients except cinnamon stick into a blender with 6 cubes of ice.
• Blend briefly and serve with a cinnamon stick or apple garnish

Served warm:

• Combine all ingredients, including cinnamon, in pan over stove top and warm to a low simmer.
• Pour into a mug using cinnamon stick as garnish.
