The Mix

Flight-size cocktail ingredients:

• ½ oz VHW Port Cask Finished Whisky 
• 1 oz sparkling apple cider
• 1 tsp Luxardo cherry juice
• 2  drops cardamom bitters

Full-size cocktail ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz VHW Port Cask Finished Whisky
• 1 ½ oz sparkling apple cider
• 2 tsp Luxardo cherry juice
• 3 drops cardamom bitters

Directions:

1. Combine Luxardo cherry juice, VHW Port Cask Finished Whisky and cardamom bitters in glass. Stir until well blended.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Top with sparkling apple cider.
4. Rub orange peel around rim of glass and garnish with same peel and Luxardo cherry.
