The Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz VHW Port Cask Finished Whisky
  • 1 oz Pratt Standard Cranberry Orange Syrup
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Orange bitters

Combine ingredients except bitter in shaker tin and dry shake (no ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10-15 seconds. Strain into coupe or old fashioned glass and add a dash of orange bitters.
