• 1.5 oz Courage & Conviction Sherry Single Cask
•1/4 oz fig syrup*
•2-3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
•Orange peel for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass and stir.
Fig syrup: combine 1 cup of water and 10 figs (dried and halved) in a pan. Heat until sugar dissolves and steep overnight. Strain into sealed storage.
