The Mix

Ingredients to make an individual cocktail:

  • 1 ½ oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky 
  • 1 oz lime juice 
  • 1 oz lemon juice 
  • 1 oz peach tea syrup* 
  • 3 dashes peach bitters 
  • Peach slice to garnish 

Combine ingredients in glass. Stir and garnish with peach slice. Enjoy!

*Recipe for peach tea syrup: Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 peach tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add 1 cup sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
