1 ½ oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
2 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 drops Peychaud’s Aromatic Bitters
1 tsp simple syrup
1/8 tsp absinthe
Coat interior of coupe glass with absinthe. In a mixing glass, combine other ingredients with ice and stir. Strain ingredients from mixing glass into the coupe. Rim and garnish with a lemon twist.
