• 1.5 oz Courage & Conviction Double Cask Reserve
• 1 oz oat-infused Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth
• .75 oz banana syrup
• 2 dashes Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
•Honey and cream*
•Fresh nutmeg
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Float a thin layer of honey and cream* on top and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
*Honey and cream float:
• 1 cup heavy cream
•1 tsp honey
Add heavy cream and honey to a shaker with a wire whisk ball. Shake to aerate cream until slightly thickened but loose enough to pour easily.
