• 1.5 oz Courage & Conviction Double Cask Reserve
• .75 oz apple syrup*
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2.5 oz brut prosecco
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
•2 sprigs of thyme or apple slices
Add all ingredients except prosecco to a shaker, add ice and shake. Doubel strain into a highball glass and top with prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with thyme or apple.
Apple syrup:
•200g Martinelli's Apple Juice
•200g white granulated sugar
Add apple juice and sugar to a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and store with a sealed lid.
